- MISCONSTRUED PHILOSOPHY
1. ‘Whatever will be, will be’
Whatever will be will not be; you’re the one to make it be. You have a role to play in what will be in your life, so don’t leave it to pass by.
2. ‘A fool at forty is a fool forever’
Let me tell you that a fool at any age can be a fool forever if he refuses to let go of his foolishness. It’s never too late to be wise because the day you wake up and wise up is the day of your immersion!
3. ‘Fingers are not equal’
Yes! Physical fingers in your hands are not equal but that doesn’t make any of them worthless. If you lose one of them, then you’d realized that they are all valuable and worthful. From general angle of it, you’re not even a finger. So why look down on yourself? Rhetorical!!
4. ‘Half bread is better than none’
What! Why settle for half bread when you can get a full bread or even own a bakery. This is indeed a gossamers of deceit and limiting beliefs that positions man to settle for less. Thus, wash away the mediocre philosophy!
5. ‘What goes up must come down’
Hey you! Is your age coming down? Is your wit and knowledge descending? Is the price of goods coming down? The response for all these questions are emphatic NO! So rethink my beloved friend.
6. ‘Life begins at forty’
If you’re below forty and you still believe this say, then I am so sorry for you because it means you are not yet living.
7. ‘He who laugh last, laughs best’
Why laugh last when you can laugh always? And why laugh best when laughter is not a contest or jostling? When we programme our minds with these strange fallacious philosophies, they limit us and encumber our growth. Therefore, change the way you think and you will change your world!
